Data we collect and its purpose

When you send the quote form we receive your name, phone number, email (if given), the route, what you are moving and any details you write. We use them only to answer your request and to plan and quote your move. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)).

Processors

Cloudflare hosts the website. Form messages are delivered by email through Resend. Both act as processors for this purpose only.

Retention

We keep request details only as long as needed to answer the request; if you book a move, as long as accounting law requires.

Cookies and analytics

Visits are measured with Databuddy, a cookieless analytics service that does not store cookies in your browser. The Google Maps listing shown on the page is loaded from Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent or object to processing by writing to info@ae-trans.lt. You can also complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
